The department carries out scope of duties connected with representation of CR with WMO and other international agencies and co-operates with competent departments of the Ministries of CR. It provides the organizational backup for approximately 35 events with international participation per year (creation and distribution of invitations, work materials, correspondence with interested parties, selection of rooms for meetings, reservation of refreshment, computers and office supplies, visa assistance, logistics, accomodation) and 400  business trips of CHMI staff abroad (air tickets, travel expenses,payments abroad).It also keeps a watch on finances earmarked for international co-operation and  processes their economic analysis.
