The department manages immovables in ČHMÚ Praha (Komořany and Libuš), a facility for staff training at Radostovice and a recreational facility Žebrákov.

The activity of the department is focused on:

• good condition,safe and trouble-free operation and maintenance of buildings administered
• cleaning and heating of buildings administered
• supporting technical devices (lifts, electroinstallation, lightning conductors and things like that)
• providing of works and supplies for repairs and maintenance of buildings and devices
• doing operative records about the inventory of the director´s secretariat and the finance and administration division
• supporting the activity of the office for cars operation in ČHMÚ - headquarters
• methodical management of cars operation within the entire Institute
