• confirming of incomes
• wage deductions and taxes
• keeping personnel records of CHMI
• starting and leaving of employees
• applications for pension
• recording of employees´life anniversaries
• monitoring and analysis of staff turnover
• recording of loans from the Fund of cultural and social needs
